'ready?' is a short animation created as my graduation project — a personal reflection on time, change, and uncertainty. Illustrated across Procreate and Adobe Illustrator, and animated in After Effects with Duik Angela, the piece moves between a sunset field of dandelions and a girl’s eye watching it fade. Through handwritten text and soft motion and colours, it captures the bittersweet moment of realising how quickly time passes. Creating 'ready?' became a turning point for me — it helped me reflect on transition, uncertainty, and the pace of creative growth. It also marked my first time integrating Duik Angela into my workflow, pushing me to blend emotional storytelling with technical rigour under industry-standard practices. The project reminded me that even in motion design, vulnerability is a major design tool that influences the process.

'stacked' is an animated graphic poster created in After Effects, born from the tension of looming deadlines and mounting stress. Four discs compress and separate in rhythm, symbolising the feeling of responsibilities piling up before momentarily easing. I approached this piece as a playful form of self-expression — transforming pressure into something visually rhythmic and oddly satisfying.

'DAZE' is one of my early explorations in kinetic typography, created entirely in After Effects. Made during a bad migraine, the animation distorts and warps the word itself to mirror the groggy, disorienting sensations of that state. Through its glitchy movement and muted palette, the piece visualises discomfort and distortion as both subject and style.

'Waterfall' is a looping animation illustrated and animated in After Effects, inspired by the serene Waterfall levels from the game 'Undertale'. I wanted to capture the game’s gentle, nostalgic atmosphere — a mix of calmness and wonder. Through soft motion and lighting, the piece reimagines the original environment as a peaceful digital landscape that loops endlessly, like a memory you can’t quite leave behind.

'Bees & Wildflowers' is a digital painting brought to life through animation — illustrated in Procreate and animated in After Effects. Inspired by 'Bridgerton', the piece captures a bumblebee drifting through a field of lavenders and wallflowers. I wanted to create a looping, vibrant scene that feels both elegant and alive — a gentle homage to beauty, motion, and romanticism.

'Secrets.' is a looping kinetic typography piece, created in After Effects, designed to evoke quiet contemplation. The word itself is partially hidden behind a frosted glass circle, symbolising the tension between what’s shown and what’s concealed. I wanted to create a calmer piece that makes people stop and watch — an abstract meditation on secrecy and perception through minimal, intentional motion.

'sunset train' began as a hand-drawn illustration in Procreate, later brought to life through animation in After Effects. I set out to create a looping sequence that feels calm and reflective — something that captures the quiet rhythm of travel and the stillness of a sunset. The project balances motion and mood, exploring how repetition can evoke peace rather than monotony.

The shifting and stretching of text mimic the rhythm of balancing scales — constantly in motion, yet striving for stillness. I aimed to translate the abstract idea of balance into a visually satisfying flow, where movement itself becomes a metaphor for harmony.
